Although I think massage therapy is a valuable part of good self-care and health care, thankfully there is no such thing as a massage emergency. In the interest of helping to "flatten the curve" and stem the tide of Covid-19 cases in Maine, I'm closing up shop for a couple of weeks. Only together can we make this happen, so please join me in responsibly participating in prevention and social distancing until this pandemic is under control. Stay home if at all possible. Wash your hands, don't touch your face, keep at least six feet from other people, more if you can. Seek out accurate and up-to-date information from the Maine CDC and World Health Organization. If you feel unwell, call your doctor's office. Don't panic. Be kind to one another. Currently, I have appointments available beginning April 6 and you are welcome to schedule, but please be aware that I'll be assessing the situation daily, and we will reschedule if the situation warrants. I truly appreciate your patience. Be well, Liz
